For this purpose, by introducing practical equivalent circuit including a ”diode\", which is newly proposed, the procedure of graphical methods have been rewritten to suit the computer calculations.\n When connecting the two solar cells in series, in the range of smaller value than a certain load resistance, it has been revealed that a solar cell having smaller short-circuit current becomes the load of the other solar cell. 内容記述 | In this paper, the theory of the solar cell is being reconfigured to conform to the MPPT control scheme. For this purpose, by introducing practical equivalent circuit including a ”diode", which is newly proposed, the procedure of graphical methods have been rewritten to suit the computer calculations. When connecting the two solar cells in series, in the range of smaller value than a certain load resistance, it has been revealed that a solar cell having smaller short-circuit current becomes the load of the other solar cell. Furthermore, when connecting the two solar cells in parallel, in the range of larger value than a certain load resistance, it has been made clear that a solar cell with a smaller short-circuit current becomes the load of the other solar cell. |
