内容記述 | The number of cases of bullying among Japanese students has increased dramatically since the establishment of the national law “the Act for the measures to prevent bullying”. In Sendai City, bullying suicide cases occurred serially, and the ordinance for measures against bullying was formulated. Legislation is progressing in this way, but it is up to each field to determine how these are practiced at school, and the effectiveness of the efforts has not been measured enough. In this paper, we introduced the intervention and prevention measures for bullying at X elementary school in Sendai city, and verified its significance. In measures against bullying in school, it was considered that “rapid response by flexible personnel”, “flexible team organization”, and “immediate information sharing and assessment of incidents” were important. In addition, it was considered that “annual planning for student guidance”, “psychological education intervention for children, teachers, parents, and communities” and “medium-to-long-term strategic initiatives with grade teams at the core” are important in preventing bullying. Furthermore, it was mentioned that sufficient appraisal and evidence is necessary when applying these efforts to other schools. |
