 note = {P(論文), According to statistical research by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, the number of children not attending school has changed to an increasing tendency again in 2006 and 2007 although it showed a decrease and then leveled-off tendency after a peak in 2001. We have been facing a new phase ofthe school counseling. We reviewed the 2007 fiscal year report of the conference on educational guidance of Sendai City and examined the supporting method/approach of adjustment at elementary schools and junior high schools. It is necessary for school teachers and school counselors to understand each method/approach and make school life safe, comprehensible and challengeable by cooperating. Effective integration of school counseling and special needs education is also an important problem.},
