 note = {特別支援学校中学部の作業学習で行われているレザークラフト製作において，支援学校生徒の作業が難しいネームホルダー製作で使用する細長い革紐の切出しとボタンホック取付けのための補助具を開発した。スライドカッターを利用した革紐切出し補助具によって，5mm幅で1m長の細長い革紐を安定して切り出すことをできるようにした。ハンドプレス機を利用した押し下げ型のバネホック取付け補助具によって，これまでボタンホック取付のできなかった生徒でも取付け作業ができるようになった。これらの補助具の開発と適用によって短時間で安定して正確な作業をできるようになり，支援学校生徒の作業の可能性を広げることができた。作業学習において自身が担当できる分担作業があることで，教員や他の生徒から認められる機会が増えることは自信・自己肯定感の育成にも役立つ。開発した作業補助具は支援学校生徒以外の者にとっても作業を簡単化・効率化できるユニバーサルデザインの道具になっている。, In the leather craft production that is carried out in work learning of special needs education school, 2 types of auxiliary tools were developed for intellectually disable students. As the first auxiliary tool, a cutting aid for cutting out long and thin leather strings was developed for making straps of name holder. By using the leather strap cutting aid with a slide cutter, it was possible to cut out a leather strap with a width of 5 mm and a length of 1m. Secondly, a button hook mounting aid was created to facilitate difficult button hook mounting tasks for the students. Auxiliary tools using a hand press machine was easily available to female students with weak strength. The application of the two types of assistive tools has increased works that intellectually disable students can do. By increasing the number of tasks that they can be shared and assigned in work learning, the chances of being praised by teachers and other students. The developed work aids are universal design tools that is useful to many people.},
