| 内容記述 | 学習指導要領の完全実施とコロナウイルス感染拡大により，学校は大きく変化した。特に，GIGAスクール構想による急激な情報化により，授業におけるICTの活用と校務のスリム化がより一層推進されている。また，「社会に開かれた教育課程の実現」に向け，仙台市では令和5年度までに全小中学校をコミュニティ・スクール化する取組が進んでいる。さらに学校教育目標の具現化に向けて，地域の教育リソースを有効活用することが，子供の成長を大きく支えるものと期待されている。地域の中の学校であるがゆえに，地域を知ることが学校の発展に欠かせない。大川小の裁判においては，学校側の過失を指摘されただけでなく，これまで以上に学校周辺の地域の事情を十分に把握する必要性について明確に判断をされた。学校周辺の詳細な歴史の記録媒体として重要な役割を果たしてきた「学校誌」が廃止されてきている。今後データ化がより一層推進されることで，過去を知る貴重な資料をどのように保存，継承していくかが課題である。こうした捉えを基に，本稿ではこれまで学校誌の果たしてきた機能を確認し，GIGAスクール構想の中でどのようにして保存・継承していくべきか，その在り方を探る。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | With the full implementation of the Courses of Study and the spread of coronavirus infection, schools have undergone major changes. In particular, the rapid computerization of the GIGA school concept has further promoted the use of ICT in the classroom and the streamlining of school work. In Sendai City, efforts are underway to convert all elementary and junior high schools into community schools by 2023, with the aim of realizing a curriculum that is open to society. In addition, it is expected that the effective utilization of local educational resources will greatly support the growth of children in order to realize the school educational goals. Since the school is located in the community, knowing the community is essential for the development of the school. In the Okawa Elementary School case, the court not only pointed out the negligence on the part of the school, but also made a clear judgment on the necessity of fully understanding the circumstances of the area surrounding the school more than ever before. The school journal , which had played an important role as a medium for recording the detailed history of the area around the school, has been discontinued. As the use of data becomes more widespread in the future, the question is how to preserve and pass on the valuable materials of the past. Based on this understanding, this paper confirms the function that school journals have played so far, and suggests how they should be preserved and passed on in the GIGA school concept. |
