| 内容記述 | 本研究では，筆者が女子少年院A学園で実施している体育授業の今後の展望を模索することを目的とした。考察により，以下の結論が見いだされた。1. 学習指導要領に示されている体つくり運動の授業を，外部指導者がA学園の少女たちに行うことに問題はない。2. A学園では表現教育に重点を置いており，1983年からは宮城教育大学の教員が体ほぐしの運動と民俗芸能を指導した。その後，民俗芸能の指導は少年院の職員に引き継がれ，体との対話の指導を宮城教育大学の教員が担ってきたことが明らかとなった。3. 筆者は2018年から体との対話を引き継ぎ，2019年からは身体機能向上体育も担った。在院する少女たちの人数が減少するとともに個々の特性の多様化が広がる傾向がみられる中，スモールステップで出来ることを増やして有能感を高め，出来たことへの気付きを言語化させてコントロールする能力を高めることの重要性を確認した。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | This study explores the future prospects of physical education classes that the author is conducting at juvenile training school A for girls. The study led to the following results. 1. There is no problem with outside instructors teaching physical exercise classes to the girls at school A as per the curriculum guidelines. 2. At school A, emphasis is placed on expressive education, and since 1983, faculty members from Miyagi University of Education have taught body relaxation exercises and folk performing arts. Subsequently, the juvenile training school staff took charge of teaching folk performing arts, and Miyagi University of Education faculty members became responsible for teaching through bodily dialogue. 3. Since 2018, the author has taught physical dialogue and, since 2019, has also been in charge of physical education, focusing on improving physical functions. As the number of girls in juvenile training schools decreases and the diversification of individual characteristics develops, it is important that they increasingly do things to heighten their sense of competence, verbalize their accomplishments, and enhance their self-control. | |||||
