| 内容記述 | 本稿は、1998年に本学に着任して以来現在まで、25年間美術教育の中で彫塑の授業において実践してきた彫刻表現について、実践研究として考察するものである。副題として、―石材による抽象彫刻制作の指導法と自作作品との関連性―と記載している。2020年12月刊行の東北芸術文化学会「芸術文化」第25号において投稿した論文において、「彫刻表現の空間と情景についての考察」―モノの「状態」から「情景、状況」への変遷―と題して、1980年代初頭から現在まで筆者が取り組んでいる彫刻表現の制作及び研究について述べた。この度、その論考における自作作品と密接に関連している実践授業について述べることにする。このことは、美術教育における彫刻表現の分野において、抽象彫刻の作品を制作する実践を通して、立体感覚を育み、美術的感性を高める重要性を検証する目的である。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | This paper examines the state of sculptural expression as addressed by the author over twenty-five years of teaching sculpture since taking up a post at the Miyagi University of Education in 1998. The subtitle is “Instructional methods for abstract sculpture in stone and connection with one’s own works.” An essay titled “Observations on spaces and scenes in sculptural expression: transitioning from the ‘state’ of an object to its ‘scene, situation’” published in the twenty-fifth (December 2020) issue of Geijutsu Bunka (Art and Culture), the journal of the Tohoku Society for Art and Culture discussed sculpture production and theory from the early 1980s to the present day. This paper in turn looks at practical classes particularly pertinent to this discussion, in order to verify the benefit to students, i.e. nurturing of their sense of the three-dimensional through the making of abstract sculptures, and enhancing of their fine art sensibilities. | |||||
