All power generation capacity 274 million kW of Japan can be covered by this plant, that can be constructed with about 100 trillion yen. This amount of money is as the same as this facility is constructed by the nuclear power plant. As the installation location, the Ogasawara Islands neighboring waters is a prime candidate. The area necessary for the installation is 12,700 km2. Moreover, some data for "True environmental education" are being offered.},
