Training","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究の目的は，第一著者が令和４年度まで所属した高校の全国募集を見据え，地域と連携した同校の特色化を図ることが可能か，それに係る調査や検討を行い，具体的な方策についてアクションリサーチ（以下の実践０１～０４）を試みることである。【実践01】特色化に関し様々な視点から調査した。地域の児童生徒数の推移，特色を活かした全国募集先進校視察，地方留学経験者の意識調査，地元中学生の高校進学等意識調査を実施した。その結果，地方留学経験者と地元中学生は高校進学に向けて何を最重視するのか，その傾向を掴むことができた。【実践02】実践01を受けて所属校の特色化に向け検討を重ね，課題を整理した。学校運営協議会と魅力化コーディネーターは高校特色化の鍵である。地域連携が活かせる教育課程を編成し，特色化に向けたカリキュラムマネジメントは学校と地域，行政等を包括することが望ましいと整理した。【実践03】総合的な探究の時間による生徒変容の可視化を試みた。質問項目は，非認知能力を問う内容で構成し，自己評価の24項目の全てで向上が見られた。データの可視化と教員の現場感覚とが整合的であることも示した。また全項目を合算し，新たな合成尺度を作成し，「探究で身につけたい力」尺度と命名した。【実践04】地域資源を活用した授業開発を試みた。カヌーとロードバイクを種目選定し年間計画案を作成・提案した。先行授業を実施し，授業内容，安全性，生徒の移動，施設職員や講師との連携等を確認した。以上のことから３つの成果を得た。一つ目は，高等学校特色化に向けての整理モデルの提示である。二つ目は，所属校での総合的な探究の時間における生徒の変容を可視化し，管理職や担当教員たちと共有，実践にフィードバックすることで，当の探究学習をいっそう充実化でき，生徒のさらなる成長を促すアクションリサーチになった。三つ目は，授業開発「地域スポーツ学」の種目選定と年間計画案の作成・提案である。また，プレ授業を実施し，生徒の取り組みの様子から，本格実施に向け手応えを得るとともに，課題を見出した。結論として高校魅力化は，当該の高校と地域の特色を把握し，教育実践の試行錯誤を繰り返しながら，地域や時代の要請を探り続ける営みであり，そのつどの最適解を実現しなければならない，との知見に至った。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"宮城教育大学教職大学院"}]},"item_10002_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"24354457","subitem_source_identifier_type":"PISSN"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"日野,
