The results show that elementary school teachers tend to be more positive than junior high school teachers regarding “Special Subject Morality\" and the associated introduction of certified textbooks. However, both elementary and junior high school teachers do not support the associated introduction of evaluation concerning children's learning and growth related to morality. Compared with the results of previous surveys, the teachers' resistance to the introduction of evaluation decreased, and more teachers are aware that they understand the evaluation method.
