| 内容記述 | 本稿は，養成段階における学生の教職志望を高めることを目的にした実践の報告である。学生へのアンケート調査を実施し，教職志望を高めるために学生が必要とする講義内容についてワードクラフトを利用して，「授業に関すること」「子供への接し方に関すること」「保護者対応に関すること」の三つに整理した。そして，これら三点について小学校現職教師と協議し，筆者が担当する講義のどこで，どんな内容を取り上げるかを決定した。講義の中で学生は，小学校現職教師から三点に関する具体的な内容の説明を聞き，教職に就くことの不安や心配を少しずつ解消するとともに，教師のやりがいや魅力に気付き始め，教職志望を高めていった。 | |||||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to empirically clarify what kind of lectures are necessary to enhance students' aspirations to teach at the training stage. As a result of co-creating with elementary school teachers in the field the “matters related to teaching," “matters related to how to treat children," and “matters related to how to deal with parents," which were suggested by Wordcraft, and handling them in the lectures given by the author, students were able to become aware of the rewarding and attractive aspects of teaching as well as their increased desire to become teachers. | |||||||
