| 内容記述 | Three years have passed since the Great East Japan Earthquake. We need to support each other over the long term. The purpose of this study was to examine the content of psycho-education programs for mental health support of non-professional people. We asked 105 workshop participants to evaluate the degree of usefulness and ease of understanding of six drafted items about mental health support. These items were 1) Mental health crisis caused by disasters (1), 2) Mental health crisis caused by disasters (2), 3) Safety net for mental health, 4) Two approaches for support, 5) How to apply the two approaches, and 6) The approach by applying counseling. All items were evaluated as to usefulness and ease of understanding by participants. | |||||
