 note = {There are victims who cannot reject bullying clearly when they are bullied. The purpose of this research is to clarify the reason why bullied person cannot reject clearly and the relationship between clear rejection and gender, and bullying type. The result of the survey on the targeted university students shows clearly that males who suffer physical bullying tend to deny bullying damages themselves, in the other hands, females who suffer physical bullying tend to feel helpless about the effect of asking others for help. In addition, it was found that both male and female tend to feel helpless in the effect of seeking help from others when they suffer from relational bullying. Regarding verbal bullying, clear results were not obtained on gender differences and reasons why they cannot reject bullying. Based on these facts, the necessity for children to acquire the skills to protect themselves was examined.},
