| 内容記述 | The purpose of this paper is to contribute to classroom management by showing a model of a practical short program in an elementary school. The short program structured according to the school year events aims to promote self/other understanding and to improve children's relationships and adaptation of school life. The program is easy to operate at daily startup meetings. The effect can be measured by using a scale to obtain the conditions at both the individual child and whole class level. It is necessary to consider program implementation in various grades, achievements throughout the year, and cumulative achievements in many years of school life. |
