| 内容記述 | The purpose of this paper is to report the proposal of the committee on FUTOKO （Non-attendance at school） in Sendai City and to consider future tasks. The investigative committee conducted a survey on the situation and recommended taking a countermeasure against FUTOKO, which consists of two parts: one was a proposal to build a daily stable school life, and the other was to support non-attending students. We need to make primary efforts for all students and take secondary and tertiary actions for non-attending students. Since the recommendations of the committee indicate the direction of countermeasures, we must immediately start developing specific support systems and programs. | |||||
