| 内容記述 | 宮城県の学校では外国人児童生徒等が増加している。日本語指導が必要な子どもも増えており、国籍や言語、宗教など、子どもの文化的背景も多様化している。また、県内各地の学校に少数で在籍しており、学校では言葉が通じないため、受け入れや指導、保護者への対応に戸惑うケースが多くみられる。学校には子どもに対する専門的な指導ができる教員がおらず、学校で十分な指導が受けられない子どももいる。そこで、こうした子どもの学習を支援するプロジェクトを実施することにした。将来、宮城県の教員になる可能性が高い学生は学習支援を通じて、外国人児童生徒等への理解を深め、必要な支援や配慮について学ぶことができる。本稿では2022年初夏に行ったプロジェクトを報告し、参加した学生のふり返りのアンケートをもとに、学生が何を学び得たかについて分析し、本プロジェクトの意義と成果について検討する。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The number of school children with foreign backgrounds in public schools in Miyagi Prefecture is increasing. The children who need Japanese language instruction also increased. In addition, a small number of school children with foreign backgrounds are enrolled in public schools in all over the Miyagi prefecture. Since school children do not understand Japanese, teachers are confused about how to accept them, guide them, and communicate with their parents. Therefore, I decided to implement a project to support those children's learning. It is expected that students who are likely to become teachers in Miyagi Prefecture in the future will deepen their understanding of school children with foreign backgrounds and learn about necessary support and consideration through learning support. This paper reports on the project conducted in the early summer of 2022, analyzes what the students learned based on the feedback questionnaire of the students who participated, and examines the significance and results of this project. | |||||
