The student volunteer\u0027s familiarity, usefulness as an assistant, and the load of coaching influenced an evaluation of them. Guidance staff expected the student volunteer to work continuously and regularly. 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to clarify the state of student volunteer support work for non-attending pupils at school. We executed the questionnaire survey with thirty six guidance staff and interviewed seven guidance staff in seven adjustment guidance classes in Sendai City. The following were clarified. Guidance staff were generally satisfied with the student volunteer's support work. The student volunteer's familiarity, usefulness as an assistant, and the load of coaching influenced an evaluation of them. Guidance staff expected the student volunteer to work continuously and regularly. It was necessary to improve the staff's and student volunteer's prior arrangement systems. | |||||
