| 内容記述 | Coaching is known as a communication skill for student, athlete or businessman trainings. This article examines the potentiality of coating skills as the principle and technique of child care and education. We pick up and consider three episodes (① coaching from a teacher to kindergarten students, ② coaching from a teacher to a student’s mother, ③ coaching from a head of day nursery to nursery teachers). We confirm some efficacies of coaching skills in promoting children’s voluntary activities and developing non cognitive skills, smoothing the communication between a teacher and a parent, a manager and workers in the preschool. | |||||
