| 内容記述 | 乳幼児健診後の親子の支援は、市町村に任せられている。そのため自治体の人口や経済的基盤によっては、この支援が十分でないことも多く、乳幼児健診後の支援は市町村にとって課題となっている。宮城県登米市では2014年度から「子どもの心の相談事業」を実施している。この事業の目的は、乳幼児健診後の子どもの情緒や行動面で養育のしにくさを感じている親子に対して相談を行うこと、また地域保健師をはじめとした支援者の支援である。本研究では登米市独自の取り組みである「子どもの心の相談事業」について、母親がどのような困り感を抱えて利用しているかについて分析し、事業目的に沿ったものになっているかを検討した。また相談対象である子どもの性別や年齢別に分析し、乳幼児健診後から就学までの支援においてどのような相談があり、どのような支援が必要かについて検討した。相談内容の検討から、男児や女児、年齢によって相談内容は変化していくことが確認された。また、それに伴って母親の困り感にも変化が見られ、子どもと母親それぞれの変化を捉えた細やかな支援が重要であることが示された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Support for parents and children after infant health checkup is left to municipalities. Therefore, depending on the population and economic base of a municipality, this support is often insufficient, and providing support after infant health checkup has become an issue for municipalities. Tome City, Miyagi Prefecture has been implementing a ``Children's Mental Counseling Project'' since 2014. The purpose of this project is to provide counseling to parents and children who find it difficult to care for them emotionally and behaviorally after their infant health checkup, and to provide support to community health nurses and other supporters. In this study, we will analyze the problems faced by mothers using the ``Children's Mental Counseling Project,'' which is an initiative unique to Tome City, and examine whether the program is in line with the project's objectives. We also analyze the gender and age of the children being consulted, and consider what kinds of consultations are available and what sort of support are needed from the time of infant to preschool health checkup. An examination of the content of consultations confirms that the content of consultations changes depending on whether the child is a boy or a girl, and the child's age. Additionally, changes in mothers' feelings of distress are also observed, indicating the importance of providing detailed support that takes into account the changes in both children and mothers. | |||||
