| 内容記述 | コミュニケーション能力は「非認知的スキル」と言われ、どう学びどう身に付けていくのか、その方法を確立することが難しいとされている。本稿は、宮城教育大学で実施した「教員免許状更新講習」における実践を中心に、応用演劇の実技と科学的な人間理解のための講義を協働的に組み合わせた、新たな形式の「コミュニケーション教育」の実践について報告する。この新たな試みでは、人間のコミュニケーションのメカニズムを、脳科学、発達心理学、社会心理学等を踏まえた講義と教室内のグループ活動の形で学び、一方でそれと呼応するグループでの応用演劇の実践を行い、即興で互いのストーリーを演技するプレイバックシアターの手法を取り入れた実践を行った。人間科学のリテラシーと、演劇というオラリティによる協働的な学びを相補的に用いることが、コミュニケーションに関するより深い理解と実践への動機づけとなったことを、参加者の振り返りから確認することができた。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Communication skills are considered as one of "non-cognitive skills" and it is difficult to establish how to learn and how to acquire them. This paper reports on the practice of a new form of "communication education" that collaboratively combines the practical skills of applied theater with lectures for scientific understanding of human nature, focusing on the practice of a "teacher's license renewal course" conducted at Miyagi University of Education. In this new approach, participants learned about the mechanism of human communication through lectures based on brain science, developmental psychology, and social psychology, and group activities in the classroom. In addition, they practiced the Playback Theater method, in which they improvised and acted out each other's stories. We confirmed that the complementary use of literacy in the human sciences and the orality of theater through collaborative learning helped participants to understand how communication works and motivate to introduce Applied Theater in their own fields of education in the participants' reflections. | |||||
